Arth's redshirt sophomore year at Texas Wesleyan would bring many challenges and adversity. Justin was still awarded his forth Academic All-Sooner Athletic Conference Team award and Texas Wesleyan Football would create the Arth RAMS Award in Justin's honor to give to a player in the program that exhibits Respect, Accountability, Mentality and Sacrifice the way Justin did during his 4 1/2 years at Texas Wesleyan.
