Recipe : Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Smoothie

Justin is a huge fan of sweets and smoothies, so we wanted to ditch the sugar, butter and processed flour and give options for a tasty desert of a nutritious breakfast before training.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ Banana
⅓ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Tablespoon Raisins
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Scoop Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, serve and ENJOY!
