Recipe: Red, White and Blue Summer Smoothie

Delicious, antioxidant-packed blueberries and raspberries help your body fight free-radicals. At the same time, our go-to plant-based protein provides the nutrients you need to enjoy your 4th of July weekend to the fullest!
And all you will need is these ingredients and a blender!

Ingredients

2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen Blueberries
1 large frozen banana
2/3 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Plant-Based Protein - Vanilla

OPTIONAL: As a garnish - 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until thickly blended together. Serve in a bowl and garnish with raspberries, shredded coconut, and blueberries, then enjoy!
